Straight answers
How does payment work?
50% deposit online when you order, 50% after you approve the preview. We don’t work for free, and we never ask for the full amount upfront.
Is the deposit refundable?
The first 50% is non-refundable because it pays for our team’s time and effort. One exception: it is refunded if we cancel, never start, or never deliver your order.
How many revisions do I get?
Before delivery: 2 rounds for video and motion, 3 for logos, 1 per video for AI content packs. Websites follow the written proposal.
Can I ask for changes after delivery?
No. You approve the preview before delivery, so changes after delivery are a new, paid scope. The same applies to websites.
When do I get my final files?
You first receive a watermarked, low-resolution preview. Once you click “I approve” and pay the balance, the final files are released.
Who records the voiceover?
For clients in Algeria: Arabic human voice artists — you choose from samples after the deposit. For clients abroad: an AI voice in your language, clearly disclosed.
Do you use AI?
For AI content packs and foreign voiceovers, yes — and we tell you exactly what is AI-generated. Strategy, scripts, direction and review are always human.
How can I pay?
In Algeria: CIB / Edahabia cards via Slick Pay. Abroad: card payment (being enabled) or an invoice on request. We never accept crypto.
How long does delivery take?
Each service shows its delivery time. For custom projects, the timeline is in the written proposal.
